Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Conservation Alliance of Kenya Limited will be held electronically via Zoom and physically in Nairobi on Thursday, 12 September 2024, at 9.00 am. When the following business will be transacted, namely:

Constitution of the Meeting – To read the Notice Convening the Meeting and determine if a quorum is present.

To receive the audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023.
